Okay, I always work with guys and most of the time, I'm the only girl in the group, ever since primary school. Like now, I'm not really the only girl working at that Old Town, but most of the time, yes. The other girls RARELY come. They work sambil belajar, so yeah, they only come when they're free.
Based on the experience that I have, my answer for that question is definitely senang. Kenapa?
1. Though when you're the only girl in a gang you memang akan jadi tumpuan diorang untuk dibahan, tapi sebenarnya dalam diam they actually love you. If you're nice to them, they can be the nicest of friends you can have. Trust me. Try rapat jadi kawan dengan diorang. If any guys berani break your heart/hurt you in any ways, they're gonna kill them.
2. You'll always always always get special treatment HAHAHA. This one is really true. Like now, sometimes when they know I'm tired, they won't let me do the hard stuffs, just do something light and simple like being a cashier or just take orders. No such thing as sending food and clean up stuffs. ;D But one warning, don't get the wrong hint about their kindness, they're just being nice. They might flirt sometimes, but trust me, it's not for real, usually they just joke around. So bila kerja dengan guys ni, jangan percaya bulat2/ambil hati sangat apa diorang cakap. Then memang akan sangat senang.
3. They're not emotional. Tak senang nak marah2 ke apa. Kalau tegur pun, usually diorang tegur baik2, sebab tahu perempuan ni sensitif [usually ni awal2 la, kalau dah kawan, mmg kena belasah la en -.-] haha. And also, gedik2 sikit ngang dorg, kalau buat salah pun inshaaAllah diorang akan maafkan. Kena ikhlas la, jangan nk menggedik tak tentu hala -.-
Those are the 3 MAIN reasons why I like working with guys. Other than that, I'm just more comfortable around them than girls. Girls banyak kerenah, even I do. I bet if I work with any other girls, they won't stand me, with guys it's just much easier.
So yeah, as for me, working with guys is senang :)
