Relationships.

Yesterday, my classmates and I went up the hill behind our college for fun. We played truth or dare up there, and obviously I chose truth. The question asked was "You memang tak pernah langsung ada boyfriend ke?". Well, yeah. It's true. I've never had a boyfriend in my 18 years of living. Someone actually said "Tak pernah ada boyfriend? Kesiannya."

I don't know why some people rush to be in a relationship, and usually such relationships just won't last. Maybe it's the peer pressure, when people around them are in a relationship, they want to have it too.

As for me, I don't find being single makes me unhappy. If you can't be happy on your own, what makes you think having another guy/girl in your life makes you happy? I haven't found anyone whom I think deserves the exception. True that I've liked many guys before, but liking them doesn't mean I want to be with them.

But don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean I want such serious relationships yang sampai kahwin ke apa (of course lah one day when I'm in a relationship I hope he'll be my first and my last, tapi kalau dah bukan jodoh nak buat macam mana kan?). It's just, I don't want to be in a relationship just for the sake of having a boyfriend. What kind of nonsense is that?

So yeah, that's my point of view for relationships. I'm in no need of having a boyfriend, but neither I'm saying I don't want one. It's just that when the time is right and its with the right person, it'll happen.

So yeah, I don't think not having a boyfriend is pathetic or whatsoever. I'm happy just the way I am now :)
