Okay I know I read somewhere no one should be responsible for your anxiety attack. But an anxiety attack can definitely be triggered by a person, or a memory, or a sound, or anything. There's a triggering factor.
And now, I'm not sure what triggered this. I haven't had one in a while. Things have been under control. Should I go and see my therapist? Idk
