When I wrote the title, this line came to mind "Why do people always say no offense right before offending someone?". I can't remember I heard that in what movie. Haha. Anyways, I'm gonna talk about online relationships.
I have a HUGE issue regarding this. I will not EVER get myself involved in any kind of a relationship, where I've never met the guy. I learnt that the hard way. It wasn't a pleasant experience, but I was glad it happened.
Well, let's start. Whenever someone tells me they're in a relationship, or liking someone, the first thing I usually ask is "Have you met this person?". If it's a no, I'll doubt every single thing.
One thing I know based on the experience I have, it's very easy to fall for someone through text messaging. They can be whoever they wanna be, they can make themselves sound like the most perfect guy ever. But how to know if what he's saying is really true? There's a quote saying "Real men are not perfect and perfect man are not real." it was undoubtedly true.
So ladies, please, don't let these 'perfect' online guys fool you. [It's still okay if he's really a guy, but who knows if he's not? Sounds impossible, sounds ridiculous and crazy, but it's not.] The 'guy' you're dating might just be a character created by someone else.
Just be careful. I'm talking based on experience here. And logically, HOW CAN YOU EVEN AGREE TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP/FALL SO IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE YOU HAVEN'T MET?!
Loving someone isn't about looking for the perfect guy, but looking at an imperfect guy perfectly instead. And the guy I'm currently liking, he has flaws and I've met him a few times, he's definitely real :) *terpesong sikit disitu.
The moral of the post is; Don't ever believe that person UNLESS you've seen him in real life, at least twice. Why didn't I say once? Cause for that once, 'the guy' might be paid to see you. It might sound too dramatic to be true, but it does happen.
Be careful ladies ;)
