Alhamdulillah :)

If you notice, there are quite a number of posts with this title. Every time I post an entry entitled "Alhamdulillah", I can't be more thankful, I'm out of words for the happiness that I feel that the only word I could utter is "Alhamdulillah". All praises to The Most Merciful, Most Loving Lord Allah SWT. Alhamdulillah.

I just got back from a vacation to Pangkor Island with one of my best friends 'Aqilah Ridzwan. It was such a perfect getaway from all the mess, all the misery. Something that I was really in need of, after such a stressful week. Alhamdulillah, now I feel so peace and calm. It's sad to wake up and no longer see the beautiful deep blue ocean, but I'm thankful for this blissful feeling I feel.

The trip to Pangkor was only for 3 days 2 night - Monday to Wednesday. But we had to bertolak on Sunday night because Abang left the voucher that we're supposed to bring to Pangkor at his house in Pahang. So we went to Pahang on Sunday night, then bertolak to Ipoh from there at 11:00 AM. Arrived Ipoh at about 4:00 PM. Makcik kat Pahang said Lumut from Ipoh is only 30 minutes, screw that makcik. It took us nearly 2 hours, and the bus didn't stop at Lumut but only at Manjung. Pfft -.-' Made friends with a German couple at the Ipoh bus station. They were so sweet. So we took a cab from Manjung to Lumut with them. Took the ferry to Pangkor and reached hotel at about 7:30 PM. It was EX-FREAKING-HAUSTING -.-' Straight away heading to the coffee house for our dinner, then walked around the hotel, checked out some shops and then balik hotel at about 10:00 PM, then slept like a log until the next morning.

Second day was a total madness. Early in the morning, after we had our breakfast, we hired a bicycle. You had no idea how far we travelled, and the geographical features are just crazy, berbukit bukau. You would NEVER believe we cycled through all that. The funny part is when we both were too worn out to cycle back to the hotel, we stopped a taxi to bring us back - together with the bicycles. HAHA. It was hilarious. Then we just lay down by the beach, enjoying the beauty creation of The Creator. It feels so amazingly awesome :) Balik hotel after sunset, had dinner, went out to do some shopping, then went back to the hotel and died for a few good hours. Haha.

The next morning, or more like, our last morning there, after breakfast we walked to this one batu and just sat there. Guess what? There was a DOUBLE RAINBOW. Subhanallah. That was a spectacular view. You don't get to see a rainbow so often, and a double rainbow? That's just RARE. It's amazing. After a few minutes there, it started to rain so we had to go back. Packed all our stuffs, waited for lunch then head back home. That's the end of the vacation. Next confirmed destination is Bali, in January and its for about 9 days, inshaaAllah :)
