Syukur.

Tonight, I realise how lucky I am, how much Allah has blessed my life.

I'm blessed to have people I call my family, best friends and friends
I'm blessed to have people I can say "Goodnight, I love you" to, and getting an "I love you too" in reply
I'm blessed to have people I miss, the wet kisses and little hugs, the squealings and adorable laughs
I'm blessed to have a place I call home, where I can go to for a retreat from the harsh real world
I'm blessed to have a roof to cover me from the rain and the sun, a floor to protect me from germs in the soils,
I'm blessed to have a bed to sleep on, a comfortable pillow to rest my head on, a fluffy warm comforter to sleep under,
I'm blessed to have the electrical and clean water supply,
I'm blessed to have enough money for food, for transport, and more than enough for leisure and my passion,
I'm blessed to have the chance to pursue in my dream,
I'm blessed to have eyes that can see, ears that can hear, nose than can breathe, skin that can feel and limbs that can move,
I'm blessed to still be able to breathe.

I'm blessed to be a Muslimah,
I'm blessed in so many ways,
And I thank You, Allah.
