So my birthday was a few days ago and as usual, my family doesn't even remember until I somehow unintentionally indirectly told them it was my birthday. The very first wisher on that day itself is Syera and Erin gave me a birthday card a day earlier.
There wasn't a celebration, again, as usual, but somehow it felt special. Maybe it's all the 1D-related birthday gifts which make me feel like I'm turning 12 instead of 21 hahahahahaha. So basically I get a One Direction official birthday card from Erin (she either bought it in London or Paris I think. How sweet?! hahaha) and Syairah, very unexpectedly actually left a birthday gift in my bag pack. I remember at the airport she called me out "Madihah jap, bag awak zip tak tutup" but I really didn't expect her to drop anything inside! And guess what? It's a One Direction charm bracelet! Hahahahahaha can't help but squeal at the two gifts. Also, I got earlier birthday gifts from 'Afaf; One Direction's very first fragrance - Our Moment, Harry Styles socks hahahaha and Louis' charity shopping bag.
On a side note, the only non-One-Direction based gift was the friendship infinity bracelet Erin bought for me.
On another side note, thanks to everyone who wishes. Either you really remember, or reminded by the birthday reminder, it means a lot to me to know that I matter. If you know me well enough, you'll know how much a simple "Hi Madihahhh happy birthday!" means to me.
Thanks Syera, thanks Erin and Atul, thanks Kak Quna and Aiza and Hanem, thanks Fatin K and Yasameen, these people never ever fails to wish me every year. Also big thanks to Syairah, Kak Ummi, Kak Zue, Awen, Amirah and my SDM Malaysian batchmates, Adli, Hariz, Qila Sulaiman and Nublan.
The list grows shorter every year but it's not the quantity that matters, it's the quality. I'm thankful for these friends I still have until today :)
And to Kak Quna, I'll belanja you after raya okay! Hehe.
